This is a divorce action brought by Sally Ann Gydesen, hereinafter called ""Sally"" or ""the plaintiff,"" versus Duane C. Gydesen, hereinafter called ""Duane"" or ""the defendant."" A petition for divorce was filed by Sally on March 9, 1971. Duane filed an answer on April 16. On May 21 a trial was had, and at the close of the evidence the defendant moved for a dismissal. This motion was taken under advisement by the court until September 1 and the temporary custody of the minor children was given to Duane with Sally to pay child support of $15 per week.
